Good Quality Monocular What Are These Telescopes/monocular Things Actually Called ?

What are these telescopes/monocular things actually called ? - good quality monocular

I saw this before in many movies. I saw "The Bourne Ultimatum" yesterday, where Matt Damon used the Mini Telescope / some more spy monocular.

The best thing is I liked that it actually works a bit digital and also shows the distance to 50m, 75m, etc.

What is the usual price of good quality (monocular?).
